Jini Thomas is the Administrator at First Home Healthcare, Inc. She began her career in healthcare with a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Temple University. She went on to obtain her BSN from Drexel University and her MSN from the University of Phoenix.
Jini has worked in various capacities, caring for patients ranging from the hospital setting to long-term care facilities and home care. She is also a nurse educator. Jini is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible to her clients and is looking forward to the opportunity to do so.
Carrie Matez, Social Worker
Carrie Matez is the Social Worker at First Home Healthcare, Inc. Since obtaining her Masters in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania, Carrie has had 20 years of experience as a geriatric care manager, social worker and family consultant in various settings. It gives Carrie great joy to be a part of First Home Healthcare Inc. and to help families gain the resources they need to keep their family member at home.
Shane Cohill, Nursing Supervisor
Shane Cohill is the Nursing Supervisor at First Home Healthcare, Inc. He began his journey in healthcare by graduating from Bucks County Community College Nursing program.
Shane has worked in many different nursing settings such as long-term care facilities and home healthcare. Home healthcare has been the focus of his nursing career for the past few years and strives to provide peak care for every patient.
Susan Reed, Occupational Therapist
Susan Reed is the Occupational Therapist with First Home Healthcare. Susan is a graduate of Temple University with 32 years of experience in varied settings including hospitals, rehab centers, and skilled nursing facilities with the last 11 years in home care and hospice. Susan feels that working with patients in their home environment facilitates a return to maximum functional independence.
